The Proposed New W.H.O. (World Health Order)

The incomparable geopolitical analyst, commentator, and video blogger Harley Schlanger, the elder statesman of the LaRouche organization informed us on Friday the 13th of June, that the Philippine people have overwhelmingly voted for the return of the Marcos family name to the Presidency. It was surprising to learn that not so long ago, a colleague of his had written of the legacy of Ferdinand Marcos. The latter it turns out was a genuine reformer intent on developing the Philippine economy to raise the living standards of his people.

Surprising, because all I can remember, as with so many of my generation, is how we here in the United States were told during that era that Marcos was nothing but a dictator and despot. Now, several decades later, I learn that it was his insistence on defending the national and sovereign interests of his country that got him into trouble with the American military machine. The people’s revolution according to the newscasts aired then was all about the removal of a dictator; never was there a hint that it was the military bases of the U.S. and neo-colonial control by the supranational financial institutions of the West that were the real story behind the coup that ousted Marcos in 1986.

The sordid history of how the operations of the economic hitmen run by George Shultz, then-Secretary of State in the Reagan Administration, brought ruinous debt and destruction to the Philippines economy is illustrative of the IMF forced impositions of “austerity” on the undeveloped world. Reading the expose’ archived in the Executive Intelligence Review authored by Mike Billington in the December 24, 2004 issue reveals what has been largely kept secret from most Americans, including this author.

Referring to that article, which gave a more accurate account of the legacy of Marcos senior, Harley then goes on to offer his lucid commentary on the election results that put Ferdinand Marcos Jr. some 16 million-plus votes ahead of his closest rival in the May 7 election. Harley used the apparent lopsided victory as a re-affirmation of the true popular support that many in the rural countryside remember of the elder Marcos. He brought electrification, economic development, and food self-sufficiency to his people. Marcos Jr. accused of tax evasion and corrupt campaign tactics of his own makes no apologies about his family history. His dad, he claims, defended the sovereign interests of the Republic of the Philippines. He fought against the continued efforts being made by the Shultz neo-conservative cabal to keep the Philippines under the thumb of Imperial control by the financial elites of the West. The candidacy of the son, and now the mandate of the people’s popular vote, is to bring national unity and restoration of the people’s sovereign interests of their republic back to the Philippine people.

Harley’s commentary used the theme of the Filipinos reclaiming the national sovereignty of their nation and standing up to the supranational consortia behind the Green New Deal—the One-World, banker-controlled hegemony—pushed by the technocrats of Davos and their transnational corporations, to editorialize how a broad international (grass-roots) movement is afoot pushing back against the rules-based order planned by the likes of the World Economic Forum (WEF); World Health Organization (WHO); COP26- the United Nations Climate Change Agenda; these supranational organizations that have been so active in issuing mandates and regulations, especially throughout the whole Covid-19 pandemic crisis.

Harley, I think is right to highlight the results of the recent election in the Philippines. But why should we take note of an election in a relatively small country when it would seem fair to say we have much more to worry about with what is going on in Ukraine? Shouldn’t we be concentrating on today’s conflict in that part of the world?

Let’s take a moment to see how instructive this example can be to inform us about the bigger picture that lies behind the news events at the top of the headlines today. Unless you were reading the LaRouche publication, Executive Intelligence Review (EIR) back in 2004, it is doubtful that you would have had the insights afforded by its fact-finding research into the geopolitical realities existing beneath the surface of the mainstream news headlines as they were being reported then.

It can be stated emphatically that with the advent of the alternative news readily accessible through the internet, the current contrast that exists between the news that is broadcast on the network news channels and that which can be accessed by online commentary and news aggregators, provides the American people a way to delve much deeper into and behind what is being reported by the official mainstream press.

What we didn’t know back then, was the depth of ignorance and clueless-ness we Americans were under in the years preceding the 2016 election; the Trump years and the MAGA movement rocked our world and blew the doors off the control narrative that had kept most of us unaware of how deep the tentacles of the Deep State really are.

What has occurred post-2020, the covid crisis, and the obvious manipulations of the 2020 election results—now revealed unwaveringly in Dinesh D’Souza’s 2000 Mules production—serves to alert us to the attacks our nation, our United States of America Constitutional Republic is undergoing by the coordinated efforts of a technocratic financial elite hell-bent on subverting our national sovereignty which they pulled off with apparent success and impunity against the Marcos regime, conducted by a team of economic hit men working for many of the same shadowy figures driving the macroeconomics and geopolitics machinations underway today.

Lyndon LaRoche detected early on how the Philippines geographically placed in the Pacific, sitting astride an archipelago of islands in the South China Sea could serve as a bridge between the Western nations and those of Southeast Asia and China. Had the relations between Anglo-American interests and the Philippines been handled more magnanimously—shall we say—we could be experiencing far different dynamics in our current relations with China, for instance.

The very same potential for a peaceful land bridge exists today when we look at Ukraine and its strategic location, placed as it is in the very nexus of straddling the region between the East European countries and trailing eastward, the greater portion of the Eurasian continent, onward to Russia, Siberia, and China. Ukraine could serve in a similar fashion as LaRouche imagined for the Philippines, a hub of economic development that could unite collaborative efforts between the East and West to bring 3rd world nations into productivity and economic abundance.

Avail yourself of the vision that his legacy organization holds for the Ukraine of today and compare the LaRouche Plan to the ongoing geopolitical theatrics being outplayed by the Neo-Liberal, World Order crowd that has us embroiled in a death-march to doomsday; war-monger posturing threatening a thermonuclear confrontation between the nuclear-armed superpowers.

Now place this into proper context. The geopolitical nightmare that is blowing up in Ukraine could have been easily avoided. Who put us into such an untenable situation? Who can we identify lying at the very root of the political morass unfolding in the geostrategic region that either unites or divides Europe and Asia?

Of course, it’s Putin we blame, if we listen to the cacophony of sycophants at Fox News and the rest. The more accurate answer points to the Davos bunch, the grand planners behind the curtain of the U.N. Agenda 2030, building back better with their climate change scare-tactics supercharged by the covid lockdown fear porn, now disastrously supervened by a hot war distraction, that is affording the supranational foundations and corporate behemoths the pretense to surreptitiously override constitutional governments with dictatorial, even totalitarian remote-control from foreign locations outside the borders of sovereign nations.

A perfect example of what I am referring to is the WHO international health treaty under consideration. Having witnessed and now having the data and statistics that show how U.S. government health agencies handled the Covid-19 pandemic; how our domestic health departments, hospitals, and health professionals were coerced into following medical protocols that proved to be more harmful than beneficial in saving lives, now we learn that:

“The World Health Organization (WHO) is moving to create an international Pandemic Treaty which could impose more restrictive and legally binding pandemic policies among its 194 member nations, essentially giving the WHO the power to preempt the national sovereignty of member States, and by implication, the civil liberties and health rights of the world’s citizens.”  (Greenmedinfo.com)

The deleterious series of lockdowns, mask mandates, social distancing, and forced vaccines have shown us incontrovertible proof that our health agencies created to protect the health of the American citizen have been compromised, indeed captured by Big Pharma and transnational corporate entities that are directing policies that override decision-making by our own U.S. doctors and administrators. Our own representatives in Congress, complicit media reporting by the major networks that hid the truth about the ineffectiveness of the vaccines, hospital administrators forced to succumb to ineffective therapeutics, and government regulatory agencies—the CDC, FDA, NIH—all were under lock-step orders to follow guidelines imposed by regulatory bodies outside our borders…

“What of growing concerns that such a [Pandemic] treaty would inject a new supra-national global governance structure in the world, rendering the former sovereignty of nation states and their constituent laws and citizen's protections, and in the case of the United States the US Constitution and Bill of Rights itself, void in times of what we are being told is an inevitable, future pandemic or declared global health emergency?” (cont. from greenmedinfo.com)

This question gets to the very core issue that should be setting alarm bells off in the minds of every concerned citizen who considers themselves a patriot of our Republic.

Our founding fathers did an admirable job when they composed and ratified our U.S. Constitution. They identified the threats that a despotic government can pose to a society built upon the principles of freedom and self-determination. They established a system of checks and balances using the principles of federalism and the sovereign powers guaranteed to individual states in an ingenious attempt to prevent central government overreach. While the separated 3 branches of government have enacted and enforced laws designed to keep the central state in check, there are increasing signs that legislative attempts at oversight and control have failed to serve the public’s best interests.

Part of the problem centers around the inability of our representatives in government, even with the best intentions, to prevent corporations that have massive reserves of capital and wealth to buy their own special interest agendas virtually at will. A huge gap exists now in our regulatory agencies. They should be thwarting for-profit corporations from purchasing favored policy-making decisions that increase their profits at the expense of the people. The glaring conflict of interest that surfaced throughout the whole covid-19 fiasco and how our government sold out to the pharmaceutical giants and supranational cartel of globalist foundations like the WEF is our wake-up call.

Government insiders, the bureaucrats with their own ideological or subversive agendas are using a system of outsourcing the implementation of their paid-for policies to private contractors. This is a modus operandum to “workaround” the constraints that agencies (would otherwise) face under the scrutiny of domestic laws meant to protect the environment and the public welfare. Unfortunately, corporate partners have been recruited to do the dirty work for government operatives that know how to use foreign or private entities lying beyond the jurisdiction or scope of U.S. law to accomplish objectives outside the purview of congressional oversight and subpoena power.

It is not too surprising that America’s founders’ best efforts at formulating a constitution designed to chain down a despotic central government failed to grasp or imagine a 21st-century corporate cartel that exercises more dominance today than the empire they loathed then.

Corporate-controlled government, the collusion by crony capitalism that leads to a fascist/oligarchic state superpower undermining and embezzling the resource capital of a nation is still at-it. It happened in the Philippines, long since documented on the public record. The same loathsome colluders, maybe with a few different actors alive today, are working their neo-con-job in Ukraine.
